Being someone interested in technology, one thing that I always found fascinating is reading through all the April Fools documents written as fake protocols for the internet, by the guys who made it. There's a fantastic list here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_Fools%27_Day_Request_for_Comments. I think its a good idea to be reminded every once in a while that the people who make stuff are *human* and can have a little fun with it too. Also, I find it fascinating how at least one of these (Coffee protocol) has become a real thing, having multiple status codes assigned to it and being used occasionally in websites. People even rallied to keep it in when a company threatened to remove it!
TLDR web developers are people too and you can have fun with it
also use 418 error code more its funny

I use 418 I'm a teapot on my webserver when someone hits it without providing a Host header that maps to one of the configured virtualhosts.
Basically everyone who hits it by IP address is scanning for vulnerabilities, after all. So the "I don't want to do that / that's not what I'm here for" interpretation of "418 I'm a teapot" fits quite well there.
