hiii all!! Spotify Wrapped was released and I wondered if anyone here has theirs to share!! Or any sort of wrap-up from another music streaming site. If not, I'd love to just hear about which artists you listened to the most this year  :seal:

For me, it was Car Seat Headrest and Baby Bugs ^_^ both of which I heavily recommend, both of which are completely different genres :drat:

Anyway yep!!! would luv 2 read abt all the stuff u guys listened to this year, maybe even listen to some of it myself :dog:

I just got done looking at my Spotify Wrapped and very interesting results, 100k minutes listening!
My top artists were The Smiths and Siouxsie and The Banshees which come as no surprise, although I feel like tracking on my end has been a bit off, since I swore there are songs I've listened to MORE than my Top Song (https://youtu.be/u0l8rWozv7s).
It felt kind of like a time capsule because I was being presented songs I was into like, months ago and now I'm into Jeff Buckley (https://youtu.be/Svo7LZbnUVw) and The Beatles (https://youtu.be/9_c2XZd9mMo) (AGAIN) so it was definitely a juxtaposition for me. In spite of how much I am listening to them.

One of my favorite parts of Sag season is Spotify Wrapped  :cheerR:

Three of my top artists were Aphex Twin, Machine Girl, and A. G. Cook. All three make such amazing music for getting into flow state. If you're looking for new tunes from this thread please please check out the Neon White soundtrack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taNwhaBQS-0). These albums are burned into my brain and criminally underrated. Perfect for reading, coding, etc!

My top artist this year was tv room (https://www.youtube.com/@_tvroom) with 2,013 mins of listening, but my top song was Animals (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j97qkT9wW2s) which I played 85 times and my top album was neo wax bloom (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_mA5zGLQcpXpuCjHwYx8wthdz1GOJOKv5c)! It's funny cause I probably could have predicted a lot of this, but somehow it was still kinda surprising since I didn't really listen to neo wax bloom much until like a month or 2 ago. Good album I guess! :ozwomp:

I'm late but this is my little "last.fm wrapped" for the year! Even though I generated this today, I can tell you none of the stuff I've been listening to in January has shown up in this image so it's still good!

Top Artist: Troye Sivan! This surprised me tbh. Really quite a few albums on here surprise me. I didn't think I listened to them that much! But the numbers do not lie. I'm surprised Lonesome Crowded West by Modest Mouse isn't higher up. ESPECIALLY surprised that the Minecraft soundtrack is higher than Lonesome Crowded West.
