In my introduction post I said I was working on an analysis of the game design and legacy of Wii Sports, and I'm happy to say that the first part's finally done!

Hypnospace Outlaw is one of my favourite games! The sequel's announcement gave me an excuse to go back and 100% my old save lol

My favourite moments from the game are probably (minor spoilers below):

• In the Merchantsoft news page on New Years, there's an article titled "1999's Wackiest Criminals!", and it reads like "Number 1 is named Terry Crimesman. He [insert details of a horrific crime/abuse]. What an IRONIC NAME!!! :omg:k:"
• I really like Coolpunk as a whole, but the funniest part is probably the guy who manages to both miss the anti-capitalist message of Coolpunk and gatekeep people for "making fake coolpunk" at the same time.

Hey guys! This is my first time posting on a forum, but I've lurked in a few before so I think I know how this stuff works?

I'm sm3dw, and I'm a big fan of video games, graphic design and writing. I found this forum through the Yesterweb site and it seems like a really cool place!
I have a website on neocities and there isn't much on there right now but I'm working on finishing up an analysis of Wii Sports' game design, which will hopefully be up on there by around april.
