Hmmm, I don't have pets any more.. I'm not sure I would again in a hurry; but in the past Iv had a few!
Cats - Pebble, Mr Man and Kitty (we tried calling them Leaf first, but Kitty just stuck more) Goldfish - fish (They seemed undefinable so I just called them the fish - they lived to be like 15!), Goldie, Lox Turtle - Chomp (named after chain chomps from mario!)
I'm not sure how I feel about pets in general, they were kinda fun to have, but I always felt bad about having these animals in situations that didn't really seem ideal for them; even though I took Chomp out for walks in the garden, he still spent so much of his life in a tank.. I don't think Id want to do that again unless I had garden pond or something more open.
I am working on this project and its going better than expected!
My issue with creepers is that they just make a mess of the map, so if you have a lot of them in a few specific areas it actually starts looking really crappy very fast But that's open for debate - we could enable them a certain distance from the spawn!
The Pizza site was a watershed moment for me; it was the moment I was like "I will make a site!" (Major flashing warning) https://pizzza.neocities.org/
EDIT: Thinking about this list; all these sites are really quite old - I wonder if the age of earnestly made joke sites that are not artworks or statements is completely gone or if there are new ones out there?
I don't think I'm able to replicate this either, it sounds like it might just be an issue in your browser, so it may go away with future updates! Or it could get a lot worse.. but we will deal with that if it happens
I think personalities totally are something you gain from the world around you and the values of that world; but I also think to a certain extent you're born with a lot of the roots of your personality already in place. Iv seen a few of my cousins grow from the time they were born, up to being young adults, and it was always very clear what kind of a person they were right from the start.
I think the root person is innate, but the specifics are what we acquire later on! For example, if you're born with a love for speed and running freely; but you're born into a world of horses, you might grow to love horses, but if your born in a world of cars you might grow to love cars etc.
Big life events, or even slow small life events can change a person profoundly; but there's always a way to reach back to that first root personality - it always pops up again in the things we like or how we respond to a situation.
I hope your crisis resolves itself soon, they can be a real drag; I feel like I have an existential crises every second week
