I wanted to start a blog, but it turns out the blogging software I wanted to use was written in 2005 but they never finished it so I had to finish it before I could start my blog
I also had a really good serious chat with myself about how life’s going and how I’m feeling about things. I recommend trying that, it’s good (if a little harsh sometimes)

Hi all, I created this for an art gallery submission, so its a little darker than my usual things!
Its an extended cut of the Ozwomp in the Gif Gallery scene from my earlier video and runs about 14 minutes long.
To quote the text from the submission:

Gif images are symbols, they are a digital folk art created by unknown individuals often decades ago; they embody ideals, goals, fears and personalities; they are memories of the past and hopes for the future. As Ozwomp flys through them they seem infinite and eternal, yet the moment they are out of sight they disintegrate.
This work was started in April 2020 during the pandemic and completed in April 2022 at the pandemics end. It is about the never ending loop of loss and letting go, of searching for something that can never be found; and ultimately the isolation of identity, and the ephemerality of the self; in the context of a final endless white cube gallery space.
Also cool signature! Id love to go camping more but no one I know ever has the time, oh well!
What's your favourite coffee? I like lattes but they are too milky and I like mochas but I cant order them because Im afraid I'll miss pronounce the name!

Oooooooooooo! I loved Puzzle Pirates! I used to play it with a friend who was in some major crew (I used to just operate the bilge pumps). I even asked my parents to get my birthday present in doubloons one year
I had a cool all black outfit and my own lil sloop, and I even had a house in the slum that I converted into like a fancy speakeasy/poker club! But then there was this kid who was pestering me for stuff, so I was gonna troll him and pretend to trade my stuff and then cancel, but I accidentality clicked accept and he stole all my stuff
I really liked the group chats where everyone would stand in a circle to talk and the circle would get bigger and smaller as people joined, that was a great big of game design; you really felt POWER when your circle grew to be the biggest
Hmmmmmm, dialup aesthetic It made an intense noise that was not very helpful if you wanted to sneak online without your parents knowing.. Also also those routers are made by USR, that's the company that made all the killer robots in I,Robot
Id love to hear how your project progresses though. I always though if I had a big house (or a house at all) it would be fun to have a per floor terminal system for storing recipes and notes and stuff! Something like this but just in home (although you could also connect it to a server and then your friends could have terminals too and you could make your own mini bbs)

Is that really true? Im dont know much about dial tones, but a software tone should be pitch perfect?
