You don't really need to pick a good server, since everyone can follow everyone from anywhere. the thing a nice home server gets you is maybe more friends by default on that theme. But! you can also pretty easily migrate accounts to new instances now. all the people who follow you at the old handle will auto follow the new one

this is a good idea! yeah it's all just placeholder til i get back on the project. i do want it to feel a bit odd and awkward, not quite a 'real' game, but yeah the acceleration i put on the character is odd.

I was gonna get a fairphone but the current model was all sold out, and i also considered some other degooglefied android but i decided against it because i still use some google app store stuff. ended up with a OnePlus Nord, pretty happy with it. didn't have very much annoying popup shit from them, compared to all the samsung crap that normally comes preinstalled.

Hi! I wanted a way to display all my fun gifs and tiny collectables on a website, but i didn't want to make a custom layout. So I did what any sane person would do and spend a week making a javascript library for shoving all the elements around physically!
