I feel the same way about forum messages and their weight. It's nice to be somewhere where it feels like what you say is actually gonna get read by someone rather than mindlessly scrolled past.

The Mew Mew AMVs are bringing back soooo many memories. I remember way back in the day I wanted to make AMVs so bad but the only video editing software I had access to as a 12 year old was Windows Movie Maker I never felt confident enough in my Movie Maker attempts to post them when I would see all the cool shape transitions and whatnot people with software like Sony Vegas could pull off haha.

This is still my all time favorite AMV!

Ga-Rei Zero is my favorite anime of all time and the original BRS OVA is a up there as well. A perfect blend of two series that perfectly complement each other :loved:

I actually hated the original Wii version of this game. The motion controls were mostly fine, until I was required to do a diagonal slash with my sword and could never get it to register. It made the fights with Ghirahim really aggravating. But the worst part was how much the game held your hand. It's like they designed it for toddlers.

I feel like you took the words out of my mouth with this one. I wanted to like this game so bad when it came out but it felt like they designed so many features with the intention of making you frustrated. Every time I felt like I was finally past a tutorial section, they'd surprise me with another. It resulted in the gameplay itself feeling like a really long tech demo.

I'm glad to hear the Switch version is significantly improved; I may have to pick it up.

Hello everyone, I'm Graveyard!

I'm newer to Neocities and the web revival but it's something I've admired from afar and wanted to be a part of for a long time. I've been a digital artist for many years but for the past several years I struggled with a pretty serious health condition that really impaired my ability to think and put a damper on a lot of my life. Over the past 6 months I've been making some meaningful progress on my condition and coming to terms with the fact that I have the power to change my own reality. I've been taking this time to really become active in my interests again and start learning new things, like coding! I'm very passionate about making one's own creative space and making it about things that are meaningful to you.

I found this forum by browsing through cinni.net and thought it seemed like a cool place with people who also share that passion.
As I said before, I'm a digital artist that really enjoys illustrative work but dabbles occasionally in concept design. Other than that, I love video games, especially horror games, and love talking about game theory and games as an art form. I love Remedy games and could talk all day about them if I had the chance. In general, I love horror, industrial and metal music, figure collecting and more.

My website is still a huge W.I.P. and I've only just begun learning coding this year (HTML/CSS and dabbling in Python for other creative projects) but I'm excited to continue that journey and be in a space with others that are passionate about the same.
