I got a lot of work done this year! I actually got started on my site in late 2020 but never really got much further than this:


Isn't this just the epitome of descriptiveness? In July of this year I went on a multiple day binge to finally get something presentable out there. This is the December 2022 of the site, it basically looks the same as the July version except for the essential Surf Club widget and more minor details:



I'm really happy with what I've got so far! The next thing on the list is to find a way to easily add things on a whim, which is pretty important to me: right now if I want to add a new "subject" so to speak I need to make a whole new page for it and figure out the design etc. which I will just never get around to. (Also the code for the welcome page is cursed it's gonna take a week long expedition to figure that mess out (don't tell anybody))

It's not perfect but that's kind of the point: I'm trying to work on it and get things out there, even if it's not Perfect Right Now.

At least the SIGMATIC SITE already won a prestigious award!

Might be too much of a good thing since we already have avatars but building on the idea of badges, how about using 88x31 badges for those? Could work as a single custom upload or preset 'classic' ones, but I feel like it would fit the vibe of the forum! Just putting it out there though, I don't know exactly how much work it would be so it's all up to you

I made & edited the badge for my personal site in Aseprite, a program used for pixel art which is easy to work with since the resolution is only 88 x 31. I was able to pretty seamlessly scale down my Big Logo to the required size for the badge, and using the animation tool I just moved the logo down a pixel frame by frame until I got this loop:




I also made a static version in case people want to link to me but prefer a static image for whatever reason, so I recommend considering that as well!

Fully agreed with dotmidi on everything, so far it's been a blast! It's nice to see the forum so active the past few days and I'm enjoying my time here, so there's definitely no wasted effort whatsoever.

The original super monkey ball, persona 3 portable...

They both got remastered in a way! Last year there was the release of Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania which includes levels from 'Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2 and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe' (thank you steam page).

And Persona 3 Portable is getting an HD release soon on all major consoles + PC! It's debatable if it should be counted as a port or a remaster, but it's worth mentioning either way. There's also this fan-made remaster of P3Fes and P3P that's in development right now, so you might be interested in that as well:

Yeah I had the same where I am going for Neutral but slid over to Law for some reason (pretty late in the game actually, I am apparently just that good at being neutral ). There's more than enough chances to correct that though so don't worry.

I think in my brain the term "Influencer" has always been tied to some intent to influence the actions of others. Like, I wouldn't consider a youtuber with a million subscribers an influencer just because of their audience. I'd only consider calling them that if they're actively attempting to change the lifestyle of their audience, through hobbies, habits, fashion, consumption, etc.

So, I wouldn't really think of most webmasters as influencers unless their sites actively encouraged a change in lifestyle (which to be fair, many do! Telling people to ditch social media and start making websites is influencing, baby!)

There is probably an actual definition of influencer out there but it's also fun to see what ideas people think of when mulling over the term.

I agree with this definition: if we consider everyone who has any influence at all an 'influencer', then every single one of us is an influencer and we gotta draw the line somewhere! In my mind the definition is still mostly tied to Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc. users but I can get behind the definition being 'anyone who tries to cause a lifestyle change within their userbase' whether it's good intentions or plain ol' advertising.

Depends, do they have the same alignment as you? I assume you're still Neutral since you're pretty early in the game, but basically you want your entire team to be your alignment so you can exploit the enemies' weak spots with Co-op attacks.

I don't know which demons are "good" to be really honest, I just push my way through the game and if I hit a roadblock I fuse my demons until I get a team that either exploits the bosses weaknesses or is able to just brute force its way through.

Last tip: BUFF! DEBUFF! BUFF AND DEBUFF! Genuinely though, (de)buffing makes your life so much easier (and I'm 99% sure it stacks so be sure to apply multiple times) so make sure you have some support skills going on like Rakukaja and Tarukaja.

I guess the biggest difference in my opinion is between the end goals of Getting The Numbers Up (and playing The Algorithms to that end) and posting just for the sake of posting about things, if that makes sense. And social media lends itself more to the former and a personal website more to the latter, naturally.
