This guy. He is just evil for the sake of being evil, he was super funny too. And yes death was far more full fledged and a better written character but I like jack horner for just being himself.

i like scar from the lion king a lot. he's very entertaining and iconic to watch.

his manipulative behaviour and paralells to fascisms made for a surprisingly mature villain for a children's movie once you're older and can actually see what he's doing, and his relationship to simba and mufasa makes it extra dramatic. he has a lot of great moments too; the scene where he throws mufasa off the cliff has been burned into my brain since i was like 6 and his song is AMAZING. his voice actor really made an already good character great.
