at the time of posting marginalia search, a search engine that basically seeks out smaller/"indie" websites, is down for maintenance but also!! the developer got a grant so that they can work on the project for a year full time! i just think this is cool, and im hoping for the project's success in the coming years

when i was looking at the unihertx jelly 2 i looked at this person's blog and i quite enjoyed reading about their dumbphone misadventures. i also read this person's blog and it was pretty interesting as well... there used to be a bit of a meme about iphones getting bigger each generation, and nowadays that seems to apply to every smartphone manufactuer :/

looking up water, one of the results is a page about water on the kirby wiki! and i also looked at a blog from 2008 comparing how different types of water affect the taste of tea! which led to me thinking about tea lol. marginalia search is really great for "indie web" content overall it seems
