ToM: Tournament of Melonland - Instance 2: Rythm Hell

Description

Rythm Hell is a simple, yet challenging rythm game made with the Unity Engine. The setting is - in a rather cute way - surreal: You are a seal that needs to perform in a rythm circus. To do so, only a mouse is required. A line of beats is presented; after it is finished a big seal will start to clap it - you will need to be as synchronous as possible to prevail.

Being able to read notes is helping, but not necessarily required.


How to get it?
Rythm Hell can be freely downloaded on Itch.

Extract the archive, and start RythmHell.exe; a version for Mac is available, and I was able to play the Win-Version without trouble using Wine.


Tournament

Target:
There is only one difficulty level available. Everytime you get a "Speed Up", a visible counter is increased by 1. This score is presented on the "Game Over"-Screen - be sure to screenshot it, as the game doesn't track highscores.

Joining:
No need to register beforehand. Just post a Screenshot showing the level selection and your time in this thread.

I will then update the table in the first post in this thread.
Feel free to submit multiple scores! I will always use your best, and it helps to build some tension and competition :).

Duration:
Submissions close as the forum closes on Monday, the 27.11.23. I will update the results and call out the Winner on the Tuesday afterwards.

General Information:

I am not very good at rhythm games either (or flowing with any rhythm in general), but I think I can practice easily with this one; it's rather simple to follow!

Here's my score for now:

3 years of learning how to play keyboard, 2 years of playing osu mania and beatmania, and 7 years of being obsessed with rhythm heaven on and off prepared me for this... but. damn you to hell septuplets and nonuplets! it got very hard as the no-cues came in and my sheet music reading skills are so so rusty... i haven't even done it properly since i was 11 so context clues carried me through that. very fun but difficult from round 12 onwards!!!
