Howdy, Melonland citizens!

Hi everyone! I go by DJ in pretty much every online space I've used since I was like 13, so feel free to call me that. I'm into video games, programming, alternative fashion, punk music, and learning foreign languages. My goal for the future is to be a translator/interpreter. I speak English, Spanish, French, and Korean. Lately, I've been learning Japanese!

Aside from language, my biggest passion at the moment is the indie web movement. I seriously want to learn how to make amazing websites like so many of the people here! Currently, I do have a website, but it's pretty rudimentary. Still, please give it a look if you'd like! Find me at djs-internet-cafe.neocities.org.

I found Melonland forum by browsing around neocities and clicking random links to see where they would take me. Eventually, I ended up here!

My favorite thing about making things on the web is seeing how my hours of frustration actually results in real things that I can see in front of me. My code does real stuff! Even though I'm basically a baby when it comes to programming languages, I'm excited to share what I have and more than ready to keep learning more.
