I've been wondering if anyone is still using last.fm here? I know many people love to see the music stats that come with the spotify at the end of the year but why wait a whole year when you can have a good overview right now? If you're interested then definitely make an account! You can link it to different apps as well as websites(soundcloud and bandcamp for me) through a plugin.

Nice! I still use it and I have a link to it on my About Page. It's not nearly as popular as it used to be, but I really like keeping track of what I listen to and looking back through my history throughout the year. That said, I don't really have much faith that it'll last forever, so I have scrobbling tools that also send everything to Libre.fm as well.

I tried using Last.Fm really seriously about a year ago - but I found it extremely stressful knowing anyone could just see what I was listening too! Like.. sometimes I wanna share my great taste is music.. but sometimes I wanna listen to The Princess and the Frog soundtrack on a loop for 3 days.. I don't want people knowing what Im doing without a filter

I suppose its kinda cool knowing what you listen too across multiple sites/platforms.. but I like.. already know what I listen too? In short, I found it stressful and couldn't really see much point to it.. but I'm curious to know what you lot get out of it?

Its a bit funny; people get so upset about not wanting to share ther data, but then they share all their music listening data randomly with last.fm :omg:k:

I’ve been scrobbling my music with Last.fm for almost two years running now! I have a feed of my recent tracks on the front page of my website too. Music is my biggest interest, so I love to keep track of the numbers in regards to the artists, albums, and tracks I listen to, as well as share whatever I’m listening to. I always look forward to comparing my weekly overviews with my friends on the site and looking at my standing on the top listeners of my favourite artists. One of my friends has a Last.fm bot in their Discord server where you can connect it to your Last.fm profile to get even more out of your statistics and compare with others in the server, which is fun to use. Haha! Sometimes I do feel the same way, but I try not to care too much about it, and it feels great!
