Specifically, Ozwomp is a small being from the Yonkrip region of the Electric Edge/Ozway (A place in the universe beyond the bounds of all matter and energy); he's a lemly type creature known for having two cone legs (one of which is green; this is a common birth defect on lemly type creatures). People tend to call him a crocodile doughnut owing to his face being vaguely crocodile-like!

His cone hat is popular among followers of "the paste" which is some sort of mysterious and very useful material that's popular in Yonkrip.
