any html comment sections which work on free neocities?

So as you're all certainly aware of, 123guestbook is shutting down   
I use 123guestbook, and of course, I need a new one. I tried to make ayano's html comment section work (the ultra customizable one), but it doesn't work on free neocities sites. are there any other similar codes out there? ones with that much customization? I would use smartgb, but 1. it has ads and 2. I'm scared that something like this is going to happen again, and I would prefer to have something under my control. is there something like that out there?
