I found this via https://wiby.me/surprise/: a four-line dial-up ISP called "dialup.world". Of course, I can't try this myself because I no longer have a landline. Besides, even if I had a landline I'd probably need to find a modern USB dialup modem because I doubt the old US Robotics Model 5610 PCI modem in my parts box is compatible with any of my current gear.
