What is a webpage? Gathering data for an art project

Not sure if I'm posting in the right board, ha.

I have a certain idea in mind for a web artwork, but could use some external input for it. I've made a submission form to help gather data for it.

It involves answering the titular question, "What is a webpage?". I don't want to direct your input too much, so I'll just say I need any kind of answer.

Ah, I didn't even know the text input has a limit! I'm going to look into that. The form website's UI is entirely in french, and I don't speak french LOL.
