Website Collab - Webmasters collaborating wtih webmasters?

I don't know where to start with this, but I've been wanting to see webmasters start collaborating with each other for a while now, like how cool would it be if we mashed our brain cells together and tried making something with our combined skills?

I have seen music artists collaborate with each other so why can't we do the same with websites?

I still don't know where to go with this topic, but perhaps this topic could inspire something?

That's a cool idea! I think the reason it's not as common with web stuff is that there's a lot of emphasis on personal sites, so people may feel a little possessive of what goes on an online space that's analogous to a diary...?

I think it's a really really cool idea though! Especially since there are so many different skills that go into webcrafting, it would be cool to see those all flowing together... I want to see that!

Iv actually wanted to do this for a while by offering some sort of homepage that can be edited by everyone on the forum at once and Iv only recently managed to gather all the technology necessary to do it; sooooo who knows 

It dose raise some questions about what you'd actually put on an everyone webpage, but I think thats a question that can only be answered by trying it out!
