Help with Winamp

I thought this was a good place to ask this question. Anyway, I have a winamp that I'm trying to apply a skin for my homepage. Though I have gotten the winamp itself, I can't seem to figure out how to apply the skin.
I've tried to use the link from the Winamp Skin Museum, downloading the skin and even going on forums that are over 23 years old to no avail.

What I hope to find is a way to apply a skin that isn't the default (it looks hideous)

Are you using Webamp to get it on your site? I just downloaded the skin + followed this tutorial, this is what I have in the bottom of my song list:

You can't use the skin filetype on Neocities unless you're a supporter, maybe it has something to do with that?

I'm not on supporter, I didn't know that it didn't have anything to do with that (I'm a new neocities user). Thanks for telling me!

I've heard of some work-arounds and I'll maybe try them out :p
