Memory Fragment Restoration Event

I am currently hosting my very first site event called the Memory Fragment Restoration Event.
The goal of the event is to work together to recover a corrupted memory fragment.
This can be done using hints scattered around the website in the form of hexagons.

If you know where the hexagons are or have figured out how to translate their messages, post them here!
