haii-nee, im elite784, one of many people on the internet that exist! i made myself this here forum account with no reasoning whatsoever many year agos, and now i have finally decided to scream here and make myself known to all the melons here!

i like tinkering with many electronic devices, listening to music all day, doing absolutely nothing all day, and most of all, i like to create things like this! (its my website :O) (be warned: bits of profanity ahead!). other things i like are photography, the piano, drawing, playing video games, cats, and a lot of other things i cant remember! (^^)"

I hope you're having a good time around here. What kind of electronic devices are you tinkering with ? Any that you'd like to own if you could have anything in the world ?

Your website looks nice, I really dig the vibe. It's a bit like the music genre called "Vaporwave" or "Signalwave" and also reminiscent of 1995-era internet. "Sundown and sunrises" are really neat photos, I hope you'll publish more of these !

What kind of electronic devices are you tinkering with ?

as of late ive been doing some modifications to my vcr and some CX video cards to try and digitally preserve some tapes ive got in my closet. ive been interested in this neat project on github that aims to provide the best and cheap way to preserve video tapes, and it involves the modification of vcr's and some generic aliexpress composite CX capture cards. so far ive soldered in some BNC connectors to my vcr's test points (they call this "tapping" i think), and the next thing i need to do is test my cards, which i havent done yet...

other things i like to mess around with are computers! opening up these magical boxes are always so fun, putting new things in empty slots and fixing broken computers, all that! fun fact: i volunteered to fix a public school's fleet of student abused laptops! the things these poor things go though (qwq), i was glad to have been of assistance, i think i had fixed about 17 or 18 laptops in the span of 3 days, very proud of such a feat! (^^) 
i also like doing software stuff, some examples being installing penguins (linux) onto laptops and modding vidja game comsoles!

Any that you'd like to own if you could have anything in the world ?

any in the world, huh? well, some that come to the top of my head:

• old consoles (e.g gamecube, gameboy sp, ps2, so many more!!)
• thinkpad, because why not x3
• that big ol scanimate machine they used for logo sequences in the 80s (but where would i fit such a monster in such a small room??)
• good android phone (i want out of iphone!!)
• i think id be sick if i had one of them flip phones >w<
• a neat synthesizer keyboard (dont have a certain model in mind)

these are a few i can think of right now, id have to make a definitive list later.

thank you!! (^^) i was going for that kind of look! i always liked the aesthetic of old websites i browsed on Wayback Machine and Protoweb, so i wanted to make that same kind of look!
