nice! it's always fun to see other folks' thoughts on art. i thought it was interesting that you think of van gogh's starry night as being dreary and sad... it looks so peaceful to me, since i find nighttime really relaxing.

awesome stuff! it's always nice to see people's thoughts on Sunrise, it's such a gorgeous and profound film. even among the film dork circles I tend to frequent, I so rarely see people talk about it or murnau's works in general (exception being nosferatu, but that's because I hang out with a lot of horror dorks. excited to see your upcoming thoughts, and thanks for contributing to the wonderful world of art discussion :-]

Hm…I may actually end up ditching television. It’s a *lot*, compared to the others especially, and it doesn’t particularly tend to age well. I may or may not, I’m not sure. Could anyone give some pointers? I’d love some help with tv. I’ve finished 7 of the top 10 shows already pretty much entirely so I’m doing pretty well.
