any music based webrings?

pretty much what the title says, does anyone know about more of these? whether it be for specific genres (eg. rock, goth, rap, whatever), anyone who likes music, those with music linked on their sites, or those who make their own music. Ive seen rings for specific bands but not for genres.

also, does anyone know what’s up with the musicring? the site it was hosted on seems to be down (peanits.lol, was it?) and, like, has anyone made a new one since then? pretty sad that one’s gone, I found a lot of good sites through it. :(

there is indeed a rock webring you can join!! it's fairly new and the webring widget is very stylish. i found it on ringlink while searching through webrings. i personally didn't join it myself since i am not the biggest fan of rock music, but i'm sure you'll enjoy it!
