would love feedback on how to organize site!

hi! wanted to get some feedback on my site organization
does it make sense to have button, links & neighborhood in my about section or should i create another separate section for it?
and if so, would u expect the guestbook to be there vs on it's own?

I'd personally separate out the navigation elements from the about page, because that way I could immediately access those instead of having to click on About again. I can't say I'm too fond of the pages on top of each other like I'm looking at a Windows desktop. But I can see that this is the exact theme you're going for, so it's a matter of taste. I think it's good that the Guestbook has its own page.
