How the FART do you turn your interest section into a scroll box?

Like the title states, how do you do this? My interests section is way longer than anything else on my profile and it's bugging me like crazy!

If you set the box to your desired height and then add

Code

overflow: scroll;

to the element's CSS, it should work! 

If you only want it to scroll up and down, do

overflow-y: scroll;
