I've been fixated on discovering active forums & oekaki boards!

Check out Cinni's Oekaki Board if you haven't. Please share the ones you've found, I'm interested in finding more, too.

There's also an art thing called Tegaki I used to do that was similar to oekaki. I want to look into that as well. I'm not sure if it still exists.

Tegaki E is seemingly gone. It got a reboot years back with the old site getting archived, but the revival never left alpha. It relied on Twitter for logins and seemingly broke at one point over that.

The original Japanese site is still around.

Also! I'm trying to find what the modern-day equivalent of drawchat is.

Omori and Minecraft. That and making a visual novel. Im learning a lot more about Renpy in order to do that and i find it all very interesting.

This is oddly specific, but I recently found a really good science magazine online: Quanta Magazine.
One piece of information I'm obsessed with from them is that scientists theorize there's a "dark dimension" for turning matter into dark energy and the name feels so made up. It sounds like something out of a comic book or a sci fi novel about evil doppelgangers.

I've been hyper focused on things that are weird lately.  Like, when I was little, I wasn't the biggest fan of movies and TV shows that were weird (although the only TV shows that were considered weird at the time that I really enjoyed were Crashbox and the Angry Beavers).  But lately, I've started to see just how interesting and exciting surrealism can be and I've been trying to make my main website into something bizarre yet entertaining to look at.
