hello one and all! i'm bringing back the fallout webring that i never got to see 
apparently it was for fallout new vegas but i'm here to bring together ALL the fallout fans!

THANK YOU for this webring!!! it might sound silly, but revival of closed webrings/clubs/etc means a lot! i will join it ASAP. at least as soon as i will put my hands on my laptop...
also thank you for making it possible to join even with 18+ website. i feel less isolated. :")

yeah!! my website isnt necessarily 18+ but erm . my fallout au isnt necessarily kid friendly and it would feel disingenuous for me to host/be part of a webring that i might break the rules of?? also i think probably a lot of fallout fans are 18+ so its wild to me to exclude them...

you can definitely be welcome aboard as soon as you can put the webring somewhere :3c or until enough people voice an interest in an 'honorable members' type section

I'm also planning to join, but I'm a bit tired-lazy recently so... I'll get to it.
