PI (Perfectly Imperfect) is good though imo! Instead of aping off a pre-existing site, it very much does it's own thing and has a unique gimmick (recommendations and media sharing). I've been using it for months now and haven't gotten tired of it.

wanted to add to this and say i've gotten on PI now and its pretty sick for a fresh feeling social media!!! like, it feels modern while also having the aspects that we love about our "retro" socials. +1 endorsement

omg, bro i kept on seeing it advertised on Instagram reels and I would just ignore it thinking it was retro slop 😭😭
