Linocut (and woodcut and any kind of print) are great mediums. Yours have a clean design and composition. I like the way you rendered the petals, with that white lines over black and the frames too are pleasing.

Congratulations on a good job!

These look phenomenal! I've always loved the unique textures on different prints of the same linocuts – it adds a special kind of character that you just don't get with mass-produced stuff. These specifically are so nice... the clean lines and thick shapes are awesome!

These are beautiful! I too love the artifacts from imperfect carving that linocuts tend to have (not that yours are flawed! It's part of the medium, and it makes it unique!). The thing I like most about them is that you can use them to print on paper, cloth, whatever you want. These would make great cloth patches!

thank you!! texture is honestly my favourite part about linout, i really enjoy the way you can get so many different textures depending on the carve, paper, ink.. there's so much to play with!

thank you so much :) i get what you mean!! i love the artifacts a lot too, i think it gives the prints a lot of character and they also serve as a little reminder that they're hand-made and printed. cloth patches are a great idea, i might do that in the future!

thank you! for these i used speedball water-based lino ink, but i would actually only recommend using it if you have thin paper and can work fast, since it dries up REALLY quick. recently i've switched over to caligo safe wash ink, and i find it's a lot better!!
