So... I've been wanting to work on my Neocities site for a very, very long time. But recently, when I open Neocities on my web browser, I got nothing. I immediately freaked out and almost thought that it was gone, and so are the many of my favorite sites that was built and hosted with it.
But I'm not giving up yet, so a few days later, I checked Neocities again. Still got nothing. I then looked up the website that checks if a domain is down. And I found out, Neocities is still up!
...But not in my home country, for some reason!?
As an aspiring web developer from Indonesia, I just find this REALLY baffling! The site isn't blocked up until this point and I already have my site up since a year ago! Maybe they're aware of how suggestive some of these sites tend to be, but banning it altogether just resricts creativity :(
At least I've got something like Nekoweb, but I miss my old Neocities site(s) already...
