I collect quite a few things, one of which is arguably much weirder than the others. I really enjoy collecting business cards! Ever since I was young, I'd go and take one of every card from each store we went to. My friends even get me business cards whenever they go on vacations I'd love to put them all in a case someday, but for now they sit dormant in my nightstand.

The second thing I like to collect is words. I find words that I think are interesting and write them down or save them somewhere. I also collect a lot of newspapers and instruction manuals for this reason, it lets me have easy access to all these different words for art projects and such!!

The final and weirdest thing I collect are school IDs. I'm currently a senior in hs and I tend to find a lot of IDs on the ground. Extra points for IDs with lanyards still connected to them. My friends will give me their IDs from years past and sometimes hall/tardy passes. I just keep them all in a bag in my room, though I'm running out of space It just started out as a joke, like, "oh hey now I have some backups haha" and now there's a good 25+ school IDs in my room just in a bag.

I'd love to attach photos of my business cards, but I am currently at school, scouring for new additions to the collection

I've been collecting Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha merchandise for a little over a year now. Right now everything just kind of sits in a pile on my desk, so I don't really have any good images, but I have it all listed out on my website. Needless to say the remaster has been great for everything except my poor wallet xP

Unfortunately the only DSRK game that I actually own is the Japanese special edition of King Abaddon, because everything else goes for absolutely ludicrous prices. I've seen people on eBay try to sell the physical disc for Soulless Army alone at $90USD!!

toy update

update: i got tired of garfield. turns out i didn't like him that much and just wanted to be part of a niche community . aka the vintage garf fandom / collection niche. so i impulse bought all that and then resold it to another garfield enjoyer. i'm happy they have my stuff now :) i still have snoopys but got rid of the bigger figures because they didn't fit on my shelf. and by 'got rid of' i mean they're in a pile in my balcony aka my storage area.
anyways. shelf updates i got better ones from the trash. the old ones were already from the trash but that was like 14 years ago so if they were decrepit back then they got a lot worse with the years. anyways!

Update: snagged this beauty for 2,300 yen (~$15USD) at a secondhand store in Japan. Be still my beating heart

I collect a fair amount of things! I really like to collect figures (also including a photo of my unfinished Splatoon amiibo collection), Disney pins, and plushes! and Vocaloid stuff too.

I Like collecting many different things, it's just so fun to save money for something you love and watch how your collection is slowly getting bigger.

I'm collecting things with ducks (especially rubber ducks) and I'm planning to make them a subpage on my website. Other things I collect are CDs, made by small artists stickers and badges, figurines (I have only two for now but I adore them), plushies, mangas...

In the future I would also like to collect old tech, mainly retro consoles. A dream to have playstation 2 and game boy advance.

I collect Gundam model kits! Or all sorts of mecha, I suppose, but primarily Gundam. I've come fairly close to completing some of the more modern lines, but I did not really focus on anything except the models from Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, which is one of my favorite series. I must have a few hundreds by now? I've been doing it for the better part of this decade now.

They're somewhat cheap, and I've also sometimes modified them to make custom builds. I try to paint them all to have all the details from the design present, and sometimes I display them. Display space is super limited where I am, so the amount of models that I can display is very small, but I really do vibe with them.

Here's one of my oldest one, a model kit from 1991:
