What’s the story behind this photo?

I spend an inordinate amount of time wondering around urban areas. There was a huge trash heap under a bridge that had been set on fire, hence the meltedness of the objects. Spent an few hours digging around cuz…I’m weird I guess and this is the kind of stuff that interests me. It was almost all clothes and electronics from 80s-early 00s. Which is rather unusual for illegal dumps. People usually try to make money off of electronic recycling.
Also found a diamond choker and a copy of Lolita¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wow, that's really interesting! I wander around a bit during my walks, and it's surprising how many little stories you can find if you just look around a bit.
