A funny story about the process of creating a music video

Just a story to make you feel inspired to do your creative projects!!! Filming music videos is so much fun!!! My small team consists of people close to me (just 2 or 3 individuals who help out with the shoots). This time, we chose a location that felt a bit magical, filled with an abundance of flowers and so many colorful butterflies. And the funniest thing happened after 30 minutes of shooting, just as I sat down on a chair to film a shot, a cat ran by and decided to jump onto my lap!!! Can you believe? It just settled in and wanted to lie down. It was so hard to keep from laughing! (I did laugh a lot actually). I only managed to get a few good shots, because at one point the cat started grooming its private parts.... ofc I didn’t want to include that in the video. And just when the cat finally settled down calmly again, he decided to leave lol (you can see this at the end of the music video).

As for the music, I handle all aspects myself, writing lyrics, composing melodies, creating arrangements, and doing the mixing and mastering. This is the seventh track from my album. It has a slightly classical feel, featuring a steady drum rhythm, beautiful bell-like synthesizer sounds, and a dynamic build-up toward the end. I used HALion for the synthesizers and Groove Agent for the drums. used a lot of automation for the backing vocals to make some movements in the sound.

Mostly used it for reverb send. As for the synthesizers, I used "Trium" by Steinberg, as well as other elements in the "HALion 7" collection. I was panning synthesizers to create space for the vocals as well. Moreover, by using "Tube Compressor" by Steinberg, "Raum" by Native Instruments, "CLA EchoSphere" by Waves.

So! When you have an idea in your head, try to make it happen as soon as possible! After all, if we had arrived on a different day or even just an hour later, the cat might well have been gone, and we never would have managed to capture such an interesting shot. So, make sure to do things at the right time! You got it!!! Never doubt yourself.
