This is mostly spurred on by the September edition of my somewhat-new monthly blogs on FriendRewind and SpaceHey, but I've noticed that thanks to the accessibility of music streaming, listening to whole albums digitally doesn't seem to be talked about too much, at least in my circles. Of course, if you have CDs and cassettes and vinyls then it comes far more naturally, but I don't see people voice their opinions on albums on a whole much. So I have a challenge for you, dear -2 people who read this and follow through with my demands! It's simple:

1. Listen to any album in full, in order. You can stick to just the main tracks and skip country-exclusives or B-sides or other bonus songs if that's what you want to do, the only compulsory songs are the ones on the main setlist.
2. Give your opinion on the full album that you've just listened to. You can go into more detail for each specific song if you wish, but that may take a while (that damn blog post took me 2-3 hours because of going through 16 different songs and writing a blurb for each one of my basic thoughts - not including lunch break), so just do what you're willing to do.

For those who aren't bothered to read my blog, the album I chose to listen to was S Club 7's debut album, S Club (very inventive name, I know - their second one is just 7  :ok:), and I thought overall the album was solid. The songs tend to alternate between "be yourself, stay strong, let's go party" and some variation of "I love you", with the former appealing more to me in general because of the more upbeat style compared to the slightly slower love songs. The ending song I thought was the worst, which was a real shame, but the B-sides made up for it, in my opinion.

Okay, that's enough from me, now let's see if anyone else is willing to go along with this game...
