hi,  im [static]! they/them, im pretty new to forums (one of my friends has one that i check like the newspaper everyday and i enjoy it so i wanted to try this one too since i love melon's creations! (who even was i before gifypet and the save neocities tool?))

i LOVE books and like video games (mostly visual novels for me to play but i like to see other people play the ones im not good at!), puppetry/stop motion, zines (still pretty new but theres a small one on my itch!), movies/tv (which feels odd to say cause like...don't most of us? i feel like it'd be better to be like, i dont like it but then with the absence of it, im like.......would you *know* i like movies and tv?), writing (as you can see), and musicals (i like other music too).

i have a site and itll hopefully be more consistently updated when school stops being a buttchump. i missed out on the OG web days of creating your own site (not cause of age, just cause i dont even think i really knew how to get to internet past yahooligans and askjeeves lmao)  so im really glad to be able to try this time around!

Hi, I'm Darweth. I stole this name from a classmate in high school way back in like 1997, and still it follows me. My friend used Darweth as the name of his character on that AOL mud Dragonrealms. I must've not been very creative because I turned it into a screenname and it became my freeform rpg character in AOL's Rhydin community. What a blast that was. And a horror sometimes. Haha!

I somehow stumbled upon this smallweb world the other week and it has been a revelation. Feeling like a young dirty punk again who bled his heart out on livejournal back in 2004. Shouldn't I have grown up by now? LOL! Nah, I jest, I jest.

Dude seeing this forum and this color pattern makes me want to create a Mountain Goats mixtape. But only works up until like 2005 from him. Did anyone do that?

Hello! I'm Monster Boi or Mercury, I've been getting into more old web stuff via neocities and this seemed like a neat place to meet people with similar interests. My neocites is here if you want to check it out. I abandoned it a few years ago because learning HTML was very overwhelming, now I'm using sadgirlonline's HTML layout maker and learning as I go. It's still a work in progress but I have a few pages worth checking out and I have more to come!

I think my favourite thing about making stuff on the web is being able to build my own space and the amount of customization possible. I see so many cool and unique layouts out there and I hope to one day be able to create more dynamic web pages.

I haven't customized my room yet but I plan to eventually .

some of my other interests include comic books and super heroes, movies, and anime. i collect batman memorabilia and i also draw sometimes! im also slowly easing into flash modding as a hobby, though i have no experience whatsoever as of now.

Although I've had a neocities site for some years now (and have been more and less proximal to the community throughout), I have been elsewhere for a few seasons.
