What are some good resources for finding music for webpages?

On my website https://icg.neocities.org, you will notice that I have music for the landing page, but when you go to any of the other pages there is no music. This is because I can't exactly figure out what music to put. I have thought about using video game soundtracks from soundcloud but I could get in trouble for that.

What are some sources I can use to help me find stuff without having the risk of a DMCA strike?

i have two for you that i discovered through streaming! 

one of my favorite DMCA-free sources is Kevin MacLeod's royalty free music. secondly is DOVA-SYNDROME. both have their terms of use outlined, so before using any of their materials it's best to take a look. they really have been great sources for free music in my experience!

It shouldn't be stolen. But with how the site works with individual composers submitting their work there's always a possibility for theft- however this site is pretty trusted.
At least within the VTuber sphere multiple corporate entities are regularly relying on it for BGM.
