Heyooooooo back fellow newbie :)
I love your drawings and animations, the fox has really lovely character and expressions 😍
Thank youuu!
Hi grubbyfox, welcome to the forum! ^^ (I'm pretty new to the forum, too)
Your animations are so cute and well done! the sneezing fox is adorable! <3
Reading your website I caught this:
>>[I prefer traditional pencil on paper to be honest, but it's really such a hassle to make animations that way]
I get that, but even with simple static drawings. I love drawing on paper, but taking decent photos is such an hassle ;_;
I see you like British and Scandinavian TV crime shows! I do, too! What are some of your favourites?
I think my favourites are Broadchurch and the first season of Happy Valley.
[EDIT TO ADD: I see you're a fellow Verdana font appreciator. Good, very good]
lmao yeah and i cant be bothered to keep buying tons of equipment etc for stuff i do like barely once a year, haha. so if i make an animation on paper, i end up with like yanky makeshift solutions to get it actually animated and whatnot, lol. but well, you know, sometimes creativity just needs to be let out and it's worth it anyway!
Yes I loved Broadchurch! I've been thinking about giving it a rewatch at some point. Atleast season 1. There was such an interesting atmosphere in season 1.
My fave crime shows are prob Hinterland, Shetland, Broadchurch and Whitechapel, oh and Midsomer Murders. But I've enjoyed so many! Like, Marple,(and I hate to say, yes I enjoyed Sherlock back in it's heyday), oh and Manhunt. I also really like Vera, but I dont find the show that interesting, mainly just Vera herself lol

Those are just the top of my head faves british ones. I reckon I've forgotten some that I really enjoyed. I also used to have a crush on Inspector Lynley
For swedish (or well swedish and/or danish ones to be fair), I really enjoyed Broen (The bridge), Hvide Sande, DNA, Nordland '99 was pretty good (set in the 90s lol), and prob a ton more (especially swedish ones) that I can never remember the names of because they're often just mini series that come and go, haha. There's also a really good icelandic one called Lava or something, which I kinda want to rewatch. I've not seen Happy Valley, would you compare it to something in terms of mood?
I feel like Verdana is a true safe and loyal companion!
