This is a massive pet peeve of mine. I had this when trying to install a Skyrim mod collection through something called Wabbajack. The moment I hit an issue, the only support I could find was on their Discord server. So let's say there's 30 different mod collections. Each collection had their own server you had to ask advice in. It was honestly infuriating. The server for my collection was basically dead, no one talking, no advice given. I ended up just uninstalling everything and not bothering. Has to be the most irritating way of offering support I've ever seen!
