I try to help out wherever I can, be kind and positive as much as possible, and create art that makes people happy. It's a small impact, but it matters!

Have you thought about professionally guiding tours for real? Like announcing it online and locally on billboards and within shops? Showing the people the wildlife around the waterways could really be a thing you might enjoy yourself.

definitely! i'm going to need to take some time to scope out the best areas and timeslots for that kind of thing but i'd like to try. i'd also feel better if i could identify birdsongs well, at the moment i'm pretty poor at it ^^;; by sight, though, i can ID lots!

i used to volunteer at the food bank. unfortunately we dont have any mutual aid groups or things like that in my area.

one of the things i do is try to make sure that i collect old electronics and batteries and try to recycle them. i also do this for things like paint cans and smoke detectors.

i try to repair everything i can, if possible. i hate throwing things away. im always down to try to use freeCAD to reverse engineer and design 3d printable replacement parts for things, and put the model online for other people to use.

if i had a bigger garden, i would try to donate food that i can grow. but i do work at a store that sells food, so i do try to buy discounted food to donate.

i also like to help people fix their cars, cuz so many people need cars to remain employed (and therefore housed) but so many people are cost burdened by cars and cant afford to do repairs.

my ultimate goal, is to start a makerspace/repair cafe/tool library in my community, but also allocate a part of the space to mutual aid.
