Xfiles fans?

anyone here fans of the x files? i practically grew up watching it and it's one of my all time favorite shows. i'd be really curious in knowing other peoples favorite seasons/general thoughts on the show/etc.

I find that i like the early seasons up to fight the future the best. i never ended up watching seasons 10 & 11 but i might soon...maybe.

I love x-files! I've only ever seen up to the end of season 6 but it's one of my favorite shows. I think it manages long-term storylines with serialized stories brilliantly and it very heavily informed my tastes to this day (my other favorite shows are twin peaks and the twilight zone). it's easily one of the most brilliant pieces of mainstream science fiction.
