hello!! - ❤︎ ∙ Greetings and Introductions

howdy yall!!

my name is feint or KC! i use it/they pronouns, and i'm a graphic designer that's been lookin for a creative cozy place to call home. a website i previously used to hang out on just announced that it will be shutting down within the next few weeks, and it genuinely left me feeling homeless, as silly as it might seem. i crave a return to the decentralized web, and i'm a creature that needs its humble little hole, lest i become loose and unruly.

not too long ago, i remembered my friend @Scootarooni showed me this place previously!! i kept my eye on it for a while and decided to register. i'm lookin forward to gettin to know yall and return to my roots as a silly baby on the internet.

about me!! i was a VERY active user on the internet back in the late 90's and into the 00's and beyond. i'm huge into video games and grew up on FPS classics like half-life, quake, thief, unreal, etc. i got my start as an artist with a copy of photoshop making those edgy forum signatures with video game and anime characters (and proceeded to pursue a degree in graphic design hoo wee). i also frequented sites like myspace and imvu and have grown very comfortable with HTML and CSS! i have a professional portfolio site i've hand-built, but i'm currently brainstorming concepts for my own little online space inspired by Y2K design. i'm super excited to start working on it and get my brain back into coding space!!
