Heya! I'm Yuvi!!

Heya, My name is Yuvi!! This is probably the first independent fourm I think ive ever joined (at least the first that isnt some Linux fourm i only use for Linux support) and this is definately the first one I've actively been checking in on and even replying in!
Needless to say im kinda new...

I only somewhat recently discovered the indie web and immediately fell in love with it! basically completely ditched most modern social media (besides bluesky and reddit) for this as well...

I have a website hosted by nekoweb that you can find here! and ive been seriously enjoying learning HTML and CSS to make my own static site, its honestly been a complete joy and im glad i ended up getting into this hobby, now ill stop rambling and actually talk about myself now...

I'm a 17 year old from New Zealand and some of the things i enjoy are

• Manga/Anime
• Playing with Linux
• browsing the indieweb (duh)
• Videogames
• And ive also gained an interest in old tech (cassettes, CRTs)

I'm really excited to meet and talk to a bunch of people here on the fourm and to get better at making websites myself with the help of the recourse y'all put here

my newfound interest in old tech is pretty recent and i haven't actually managed to collect much of anything yet, but once i do (and once i get the money too) ill definitely show off my collection on the forums!!
