I've seen people who have guestbooks where the posts don't go live until the webmaster approves them. That can strongly de-incentivize someone to not keep leaving troll messages. The other thing is you can't react outwardly in a frustrated manner and address all these people and how you feel about them because this will just make someone want to do it more.
I've looked at your stuff a little bit, and all the "I took this down because you guys" and "Please stop spamming her page" from your friends. Remove all that stuff.
I don't know if its true but I heard once if a chicken is profusely bleeding, that the other chickens will peck the chicken to death. That's kind of how the Internet is. If people smell blood, they will go for it. The only thing you can do is to stop bleeding.
