I'm primarily a Digital Artist, but I also dabble in 3D modeling, 3D printing, tattoo design, woodworking, resin dice making, cosplay, etc etc. If it's creative, I'll probably do it! Now I can add Webcrafting to that list too!

Around 2006, When I was real young (maybe 7 or 8), I got my first dinky computer: an old Dell Dimension v333c

that I begged and begged my parents to buy for me when I saw that my elementary school was phasing them out in favor of newer models. It was that iconic beige tan color with worn children's graffiti on it. I was never introduced to the internet before and I don't think my parents really knew what it was either. Boy oh boy did that make for an experience for them!

I remember the days of playing my favorite computer game "Black and White" while listening to music on Napster for hours when I got home. Secluded in my dark room, with only the hum of the screen and computer to keep me company (unless you count my brother who lived in the same room LAWL)

The time I would spend on X-Fire talking with people about games, and the countless hours playing random flash games, and the fun websites before the supposed "Web 2.0" happened. I never got to see that change, sadly, due in part to my parents throwing away the computer during a move. It even had my game in it... C'est la vie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After some nostalgia laden searching on YouTube about the old web about half a year back, I found a video by the creator named Shadok that was all about the soul of what made up the internet of yesteryear. And it was still very much alive. Here I am now, many years later, finding myself where I was back then: with a heavy desire to learn how to code and make my own websites. I crawled and crawled the many sites of Neocities, a lot of midnight oil burnt, and more yet to visit still. The personality, fun, and freedom people show on those sites is like a hopped up drug for a creative like me. So now, with the light guidance of one of my friends, I'm learning how to code my own homestead here on the netscape. I only ran into MelonLand when I found Melonking's site out on Neocities. His webcrafting style is the epitome of what I love and look to create in my own site: A multi-road web experience.

One that led me here where so many others with such a passion for webcrafting exist!
