Is there a place to store mp4 files?

I want to find a place to host some animations that I want visitors of my site to see but mp4 files can be quite big so I believe it would be of good practice for me to find a place to host them. Youtube would be an easy answer but the platform can do some weird stuff to your videos like play ads, recommend other, irrelevant videos, make the video age restricted or for kids, and probably "hide" videos from others, among other things. So I was wondering if there is a good place to host videos that I could use for my neocities.
