how do I make my pop up warning better (look at my site first)

I have a confession to make I used a Google AI overview to make my waring I didn't want to do it that way but it happened so it is what it is Luckly its sucks so that means I actually need to work to improve it currently its just a pop up that uses Java and Im not familiar with java at all rn so I'm going to need a bit of help to make its better really I just need it to pause my site until the buttons clicked and I need it to be able to allow my autoplay audio to play on its own regardless of the browser and permissions, in other words, I need my audio to be attached to my warning so that when someone presses the button it plays the audio when it comes to the design of it it's not a problem I happen to be somewhat talented when it comes to that so I just need to know how to implement the textures that I want to use I know I sound like I'm not worth the time but java is really intimidating and I just to fix this waring to be better please help

Could you help clarify a couple things, maybe I'm misreading or misunderstanding some things in your post 

1. Are you actually using Java, or do you mean JavaScript? (Two totally different languages) 
2. You cannot supersede the browser settings. If a user has autoplay turned off or javacript enabled, that's that.
3. Do you need help getting audio to play when the user presses the button? It sounds like you had that one covered   
4. For adding texture/design - you should adjust the CSS or if the element is created through JavaScript, you can also look into using 'element.style'.

hmmm idk In my text editor, it has the tag <script>, so I think it would be JavaScript, right? I don't have a js file either so Its just in the text editor; it's not using anything from a file and I didn't know that if they had their settings for autoplay turned off then it wouldn't work I know its easy to turn in on in fire fox but idk about chrome when I used to use chrome it wouldn't autoplay with just a link but if I acssesed it from my profile page it would always allow autoplay so chrome is weird but most people who use the indie don't use chrome so its not a huge deal the autoplay works without the button needing to be pressed and so does the gif but that's a problem since I need it to stay paused until they press the button that way regardless if they had autoplay off or not then it would it would still play because the music would be attached to the warning and I still need it to all stay paused so its safe for any epileptic people to browse CSS is a good idea or even js I just haven't gotten to that you should worry to much about helping me because I had a close friend send me a scan javascript magazine and I've also been very busy with school so I haven't had the time to update anything on my website but it is important to deal with the warning just to make sure that its safe for people to view

Hope I'm understanding your issue properly here! Just from the screenshots you supplied, I do not see any code relating to playing the audio. I would suggest first reading up on the Mozilla Docs for <audio> -- They have information on AutoPlay as well.

For getting your .gif to stop playing, you would need a Second image to prevent the animation. You should be able to open the .gif in an image editor and convert it to a .png. You will have to files (something like "aniImage_static.png" and "aniImage.gif"). The use the same closePopup() function to change the image src.
