Brain cancer and back again

Hello everyone. I made this account here a year and a half ago and much has changed since then. I really didn't interact with anyone at the time. I just lurked, only to stop visiting after awhile. During that time, I've found myself with a small case of brain cancer. While that's quite a nuisance to deal with, I'm happy to say that I'll be alright for the foreseeable future.

Since my time dealing with all of that, I found myself reclaiming childhood memories and experiences. To that end, I spent a lot of time hopping through many neocities sites and wayback machine searches. I also wanted a place to exist once in awhile that's outside of my usual sphere of social media sites. Eventually I landed right back here. Forums have always been a sort of comfort place for me since I was a kid. Much to the dismay of the people who had to deal with my posts back then.

With that all being said, I really came here to just greet everyone. I hope you all are doing well here!

Aww man, I really hate waking up with a bad brain cancer! Especially during the winter months! Don't you just hate waking up to sniffles and seizures and thinking "God dangit, I got ye ol' cancerous brain tumor. Time to call in sick on work!" What a total nuisance! Make sure to take your sedatives for surgery!

Isn't it the worst? A real downer. I'm surprised they even let me off of work for it. But yes, thank you, I'm happy to be here.
