The way the gallery is loading css is that its getting the CSS file from your site, then sending it to the forum, then the forum is sending it back to your site via the gallery's iFrame. So its kinda a complex 3 step loop - I think maybe you need to clear cache on your site AND the forum for it to all connect correctly - but it will get there in the end
