That sounds like a really interesting premise that I'd love to read about when your comic is available! I'm kind of curious about that concept art too.
I'm working on a webcomic/webnovel hybrid called Existence Inc., which follows a group of gods who work at the titular company. One day, Death meets a human teenager whose family had a horrible bad luck streak for as long as they've known, accidentally ruins his life, and tries to make up for it by getting him in direct contact with Existence Inc. This, of course, is a terrible idea. Their boss, Life, gets angry at Death for letting a human meet the gods, and Mason just gets disillusioned and stressed out by the dysfunctional state of the company.
Having a human present shakes up everyone's millenia-long routines and group dynamics, forcing the staff of Existence Inc. to reflect on themselves and re-evaluate the structure of things. They're so caught up in drama and ineffcient systems that the simple act of helping Mason requires major overhauls. They can't figure out why he has chronic bad luck either, it wasn't caused by any godly influence, and for some reason can't be fixed by said influence either.
Ultimately, it's a story about these gods learning how to communicate, understand each other, and discover what it means to be a person. The comic isn't out yet, but I have a website for it ready, which is linked to in my forum signature. One of my friends is planning to compose music for the comic, and one of the demo tracks is already available on the site.
Typing this out made me realize that I really don't have a reliable way of pitching the premise in a way that captures what it's really about.
