Hello! I'm trying to get a simple form submission so I can have a 2 text box input (name and question) on my site, that then emails or ends up in a place only I can read.

Obviously I can't email without PHP (Im on Neocities, so thats a no go).

I've also tried using a guest book (atabook and another free one), but I just can't get them too LOOK right, the style is always just slightly off and ultimately guest books come with a buncha links to show where they come from, and it just doesn't blend with the look and feel of the site I'm making

Is there a way I can get the form to submit to a Csv or something similar, on the neocities site or is that fairly unsafe to do?
Or is there another way?

From a quick web scour, FormSubmit provides the ability to just do a POST to their service with all the form data and it gets forwarded to your email. It's what I'd use if I was interested in having a contact form on my site, probably.

You don't even have to put the email on the form on the final website, you can activate your form with them and then they give you an opaque code you can even disable later on (so you can put the form on your website with no email the first time, fill in your email manually in Inspect Element, receive a verification link, and then put the appropriate URL in the form's Action).
