My iframe stubbornly stays at one size

By pressing any of the images an iframe appears into the container next to it. I would like this box to be a bit longer, but every attempt at adjusting the height of the iframe or the container itself are met with no movement. Am I missing something in the code or is this related to a property of the iframe itself? Ideally I would like both boxes to be of equal size.

Don't know what to tell you, but when I changed the iframe's height to height="500px" it didn't stubbornly stay at 390px even when I clicked on different images, it displayed correctly at the intended height I've set, so I dunno what's your problem here. Try control + F5 after changing the html to make sure the changes stick because your browser might be caching your html page.

I find this very bizarre because even though I do the same and hard refresh my browser, it still sticks to the shorter size! Even in an alternate browser like Edge this happens. Am I going insane?

Since you seem to be sure its not a browser cache, next you can check if its a network cache! So try and connect to the page over a VPN or even one of those free proxy websites. If it still does not work, then yes you are going insane
